Hair colouring for asian girls?

I am asian, with jet black long hair + bangs n dark brown eyes.I want to colour the ends of my hair red but i am scared it will come out weird I've been googling and doing everything I can to find out about hair colours and what goes best with black hair but I am still not sure. what do you think? I don't want to do brown cause everyone does brown.here's a picture of how i look like now.

I'm actually halfway through dying my hair black and red at the moment. I generally have black hair, with a lot of crazy, bright colours these days, and everyone seems to like it. I love it personally. It's creative and original. I'm going for only two at the moment, because I want it to be red and black over Halloween. Before I put the black dye in tonight it was black, bright pale purple, brown, bright pink, bright orange-pink, bright fluoro green, bright pale blue and purple. I've done red and black before, but it'll be all over the place this time =)
You should go for it. do all your tips... if you're game, put some in your fringe. You're beautiful, it'll look great.


Oh, but one thing to keep in mind: your hair is part of your outfit, so when going for colourful hair, it's important to remember that if you care about colour-coding, that when you have obvious red in your hair, you can't wear anything with pink anymore, and if you have pink, you can't wear red.
With my last hair, a whole huge section of my wardrobe that was black and red went into storage, because I refuse to mix pink and black. It get's to come back now...but no more pink tartan miniskirt! Your choice though =).

Can you get in trouble at a public school for having a part of your hair bleached?

I want the under layers of my hair bleached and I was wondering if you could get introuble for that?
I've seen some girls at my school with red in their hair but it's barely noticeable. I've seen one girl with black hair and light brown highlights. But what about bleached?

Who doesn't like soft hair? That's a no brainer. Red is a rarer color but they are more using that for conversation. Soft hair is code for "can I touch and still not look pervy??

Can I dye my hair purple if I work at McDonalds?

I'm a part-timer at McDonalds, been working there about 4 months so far. One of my managers used to have bright red and black hair, another girl has dark red hair and one of the other new girls had green and blonde hair, so I figured it was okay to finally dye my hair purple and went ahead and brought the dye.

Next thing I hear, a co-worker tells me that the green haired girl quit because she was told to dye her hair a natural colour and refused to. Yet this girl had green hair when she was hired, and worked there for three months with green hair. And the very next day I come in to find another blonde co-worker had dip dyed her hair red.

Naturally, I'm very confused about their policy. There was nothing in our contract about unnatural hair colour (although the same co-worker swears there was). I don't want to ask the store manager about it, because if they say I can't then I can't act as if I didn't know when I do dye my hair. Which I will be either way, it's just a matter of now or later.

I'm fine with losing my job as I may have to quit soon anyway if I can't get time off to go on holiday. But I really need the money for an overseas trip in April, and I doubt I will be able to find another job between now and then with purple hair. (I have enough for the trip itself, I just could do with more spending money). And I really don't want to wait too long to be able to dye it, as I've already been waiting a couple of years due to school dress code. There is a very small window I will be able to experiment with my hair in before I must get an actual job, and I don't want to waste it.

I don't think you'll lose your job if it wasn't stated in the policy. I think if you dye your hair purple (which is a lovely colour btw!) just make sure to keep your hair neatly tied up and clean. I think as long as you do that it shouldn't matter...

what is a very detailed packing list for a teenage girl?

I am going to Tenerife soon and need to make a packing list. I know what clothes i am taking so i need absolutely everything else that i will need- in detail!!! Please can you divide the stuff up into suitcase, hand luggage and day bag. Finally, can you suggest any make up colours (i have red hair and green eyes) and any good books that i should take?

I think this is one of those- you can't really ask that here. You're not going to get an accurate answer that fits you as a person.
1) It depends on what you like to wear, what events you might be going to, how long you'll be, what you like to have with you in your carryon.... I can't tell you the answers to those questions.
2) Make up again is something that I wouldn't trust to strangers who can't see you. Go to a makeup counter (Sephora, Mac) and they will do you over and tell you what fits your skin tone and skin type.

two pairs of pants

a skirt or two (depending on how much you need them and restaurants dress codes)

- Swift:
Possibly a guy who looks to be very cheerful on the outside and love to do things fast, but in the inside, he have a deep emotion and past. His appearance could be of a child or a tall, skinny guy. His hair could be blonde I guess.

- River:
Of course from the name it will be connected with water element. Possibly the guy (or girl, it fits too) have dark blue (indigo) hair; if girl long straight hair. He will be possibly one of the calmest and have coldness in his heart because of his past or something. He's one of the most powerful in the team.

- Merit:
When I first hear this word, possibly what comes fastest in my mind is the color of yellow/orange/gold, or the family of red. I think that this will fit into a type that's not-so cheerful nor silent, but will talk quite the time also. From the name code, he possibly be the one who loves money or things that will benefit him.

- Vaor:
This name is so sharp. I suggest this one to be the silent and mysterious type. He rarely talk about his past, if ever. He also have different kinds of reactions which was usually mysterious or dark or secretive or something. He's also one of the most powerful out of the group, and one of the most sneaky and smart.

Any style tips for first day of middle school with this dress code?

Well I don't really know what to do about this. I'm a girl going into 7th grade but there are a few things on the dress code which are: all shades of brown, blue, green and white. Colors are interchang eable, and must be plain without stripes, plaids and/or prints. Black, red and gray may not be worn. Students may not wear shirt and pants in the same color. And jeans only on Fridays. I have curly curly hair an inch above the shoulder that will soon be black. Any suggestions?

How do you get red hair dye out?

About a month and a half ago, I dyed my hair a fire-truck like red. It faded everywhere except the roots, so I decided to go to the salon and dye it brown. The salon tried dying it twice, and it still stayed that awful reddish brown. It looks bad, & I can't cover it up because my school's dress code doesn't allow hats.
Are there any tips on getting it out? O:

Yea, but your going to have to re-dye it brown after.
You need conditioner, (Or non-colorsafe shampoo but it might dry out your hair a little)
Some lemon juice
Cinnamon
Vitamin C tablets

Make sure your hair is dry. Crush the vitamins into a powder. It really has to look powdery, like it has to look like cocaine lol. You may need a alot of tablets, it depends. Mix it with the conditioner or shampoo so its a paste. Then add two spoonfuls of lemon, and one of cinnamon powder. Mix together and apply to dry hair. Leave it in for up to an hour. Then rinse.

I've used to to remove black and brown dye from my roots and it worked just do it a couple of times and it may leave your hair a bit of an orange tint after because it's like an at home safe lightener. Also a girl got almost all of the purple in hair removed with this.
