You're skin color is red-based. (which means gold tones would look best) Red would be perfect! just stay away from blue tones in burgondy and orange tones...

I like the first photo the best of all,the red will bring out your green eyes more but be aware that red is the color that fades the fastest.

I really want to do something different for the start of high school. I asked my mom if I could dye my hair and she said she wasn't sure. She asked me what hair color I wanted and I told I wanted a dark brown. She told me (and others, though some support me) that my skin is too, I guess, pale. Being pale doesn't mean you can't go darker. It's all about the *shade* that you choose. It's important to choose a shade that compliments your skin tone.

I'd definitely wear a proper occassion dress - nothing casual. You want to look elegant.

^ Something like that is a good choice. Nothing too outlandish either. Since you are thirteen, having straps on a dress is more appropriate. :)

Even though you are thirteen, wear heels. No question about it! Don't match the heels to your dress, usually gold, silver or black are a good choice. Since I chose a red dress, I'm going to choose silver heels.

I've used Copper dyes before from Loreal but MAYBE it's just because I already have reddish hair that I don't see a difference. I want it to be redder. My hair changes colors by it's self all the time, but Idk.
