I really want to dye my hair blue and I haven't asked them yet because I'm not sure if they'll let me.

I'm just wondering how much it would be around too. I'm not cutting it, or trimming my hair. I'm just dying it one color, red. And my hair is black, so does that mean I would need to bleach it?
