How can I go blonde with less damage?

I recently added a red hair hair coloring to my black dyed hair. It's now a dark brown color with a red-ish tint. I have been thinking about going blonde for the longest. I realize that I will have to bleach my hair, but what bleach should I use, what products should I use to keep it healthy, and what should I be aware of? Please keep in mind that my hair is slightly; very very little - damaged from heat. Thanks!

Use this with a 20 volume peroxide

Process until the desired lightening is achieved. NOW after bleaching it if you like it then great! But if not and you want to dye it, some TIPS: If its a pale yellow then use a color that has a GOLD base like Medium Golden Blonde because "cool" and "ash" tones will neutralize too much of the yellow and cause it to be gray. If its a gold/yellow color then for a more platinum color go with a "cool" or "ash" tone. A neutral/natural tone will neutralize some of the yellow/gold and make it a warm golden color. What ever color you use, be sure to use it with that 20 volume for best results. IF you want to bleach it again, use this

it seems like a lot of damage but really its not as long as you take good care of your hair My hair has been processed 8 times in the past 5 months and it's still on my head.

Where can I go to get my eyebrows dyed? I want to go somewhere very good, but no where that will cost $50! I have a dark/brownish red hair color with natural caramel highlights, any tips? Thanks!:)

You can buy a hair dye kit and do it at home! Or you could apply hydrogen peroxide or lemon juice and go out in the sun, it will lighten them tons! :)
