Is there anything I can do besides dying my hair? And my hair is black so it's really noticeable

I have really dark brown hair and I have maybe about 100 grey hairs either from stress or genetics (my dad). I'm 14 and I've already colored my hair twice but I don't want to do it again so is there a way to get rid of it?
