Sims 3 (for mac) color/graphics problem.?

mel87v

When playing the game, which I haven't even gotten past the "make your own sim" part because I'm so frustrated...there are buildings/sims/landscapes that are all blue and red (obviously not what it's supposed to be) and have question marks on them. Even when trying to make my own sim, I can only change the body type, hair doesn't show, colors don't show.

Any ideas?

Answer
There's been a lot of complaints about Sims 3 not running well on Macs. Do you have the minimum specs?

Mac system requirements for The Sims 3 call for an Intel-based Mac running Mac OS X 10.5.7 or later, 2GB RAM, ATI X1600, Nvidia 7300 GT or GMA X3100 or better 3D graphics, at least 6.1GB of hard disk space. The game will not run on PowerPC-based Macs or Macs equipped with Intel GMA 950 graphics.

Sims 3: Pets 3DS CAS help?

I was thinking about buying Sims 3 Pets for 3DS. But I heard that the customization for sims arent that great.

Is it any different from the non- pets version?

Can you have your hair different colors, like pink and stuff?

What about skin color? A lot of options?

Thank you~!

Answer
Well I have sims 3 pets on 3ds and I think tht its the same playing it on any other game system. But anyways its super fun and easy to play and the customization is awesome and you can change your hair color to things tht r natural like blonde, brown, red, and black. Also when you play, the. Animals can whoohoo and have pups or kittens and you can start your life on the game and get started... HOPE YOUU LIKE IT :)
