i'm looking to go to a salon, and i was just wondering if it was possible to get rid of any dye in my hair. my natural hair color is dark brown, and i've dyed it 10+ times. i've probably bleached it four or five times, and i've gone with bright unnatural red to purple to blue to black to pretty much anything. i want to go back to my natural hair color but i don't want to wait 30875029183408573 years for my hair to grow out. any suggestions?

Answer
if youve bleached it so many times it might fade, but id definatley call your salon and go get their professional opinion

What unnatural hair dye color requires the least touch ups?

I know red is one of the most difficult (if not the most difficult) unnatural hair colors to upkeep because it fades quickly. Which unnatural color requires the least amount of touch ups (Green, blue, purple, pink, orange, etc.)?

Note: I am familiar with the fact that any hair color will require touch ups. I am not brand-spankin'-new to crazy colored hair dye.

Answer
I'd recomend a pink or a blue, but honestly it depends on the brand. The most trusted is "Special Effects" which is known to not fade quickly, but is pricey and can only be bought online. One you can buy in your local Sally's Beauty Supply is "Manic Panic", which tends to fade quickly, but fades into pretty colors. It's about $10. Also, easy touch-up is mixing a little color into conditioner, and putting it in tupperware (sp?) in your shower so you can leave it in for ten minutes, causing it to fade less.
