I've been searching all over the place for who the original artist was, so can anyone tell me?

The poster shows a Cuban woman in a white flamenco dress, red hair bow, white high heeled sandals, heavy bracelets and maracas in front of a building and a courtyard.

I would go with a plain, white, short sleeve t-shirt and a plain black skater skirt. and then maybe a pair of black vans? that would look really cute!
