I'm not sure what do do with the hairs that stick up. I'm about 2 weeks in on wolfing. Should i get a cut? My hair is still not that long. I only haves waves on top that are good the rest arent that good and the right side has like nothing. just not sure what to do. Info please?

I have 360 waves and i wanted to try something diff. So I seen a video on youtube with a boy with fire red hair with 360 waves. Should i leave my hair black or go red?
