My natural hair colour is a lightish/muddy brown colour and time and time again people are saying to me that my hair colour doesn't suit my face or eyes.
Do anyone have any suggestions on what colour hazel-green eyes would go with?

Right now my hair is light copper withblonde highlights, im trying to get it more blonde without the red/orange undertones. the hair color i have is miss clairol lightest beige blonde which has a violet base/neutral. my question is what volume of pure white developer to use 20, 30 or 40 volume?

You are using the right color. Since your hair is already copper, which makes it have reddish-orange undertones, you will need something will purplish-blue undertones. Opposite colors on the color wheel will cancel out each other. I would only use a 20 volume, because any higher will damage your hair. Just make sure you put a color cap over it after you are done, and add a little heat to it to make it turn the color you want. Hope that helps ya!!!
