Q. I have always heard guys think girls with blonde hair is hot! I am wondering if this is true! Which is hotter a brunette or a blonde? If you think neither of these colors make a girl hot what color is hot on a white girl?

What level of color developer should I use?

I have naturally medium reddish-brown hair. My roots have grown out, but the rest of my hair is light, bright coppery-brown. I normally use a 10 volume peroxide, but I would like to my hair to a lighter, brighter blonde-red. Should I use a 20 volume this time? Will that give me hot roots? My hair is very fine and moderately porous, but healthy.
