Answer
No. FYI:

Playing with chemicals is not like playing with clothes, there are penalties for playing chemicals in the lab. Even hair color experts at the salon are not rocket scientists, they do a bang up dye jobs to their clients or their own hair.

I've responded to many girls (guys now too) under 15 experiencing in hair loss since 2009, due to hair straightening, relaxers and hair dyes. Women 60-90 have those same symptoms but it took them years to get there. But for 15 & under, giving advice here? They can't predict the future of their hairs, until they're in their 30's, but 15 & under with hair loss? C'mon! I've responded 7 in 2 hours 9-3-10 alone.

One example found from YA HAIR: "i am 17 yrs old. i had a curly perm when i was 13 years old . im thinking of going to a dermatologist to help me with my hair loss. what can they do
to help with my hair loss. its so embarrassing has anyone had help from dermatologistâ¦."
Hair protectant doesn't protect hair 100%. Like using sunscreens, you still get sunburned. Same with hair.

When it does that, it is too late to do anything about it. That's another reason why the hair industry is a billion dollar business, their main job is to make tons of money and they do not give money back guarantee for damaged hair or hair loss, due to 'abuse'.

One example of hair loss on a 16 years old.
I'm 16 years old, i don't really die my hair that much i probably died it like twice this whole year. well i lose soooo much hair EVEY SINGLE DAY, i lose soo much, that I'm literally almost bald :,( my doctor said she thinks its some kind of hormone change, then my hairstylist says its because its waaay to dry, but idk what it is because it wont stop falling out!!! It might be because i use to straighten it when i had mouse in it, but that was like 2 years ago.. helpp!!!

Another example, ? about her age:
"I recently decided to dye my hair. I didn't like the first color so I dyed it again a week later. Then I permed it 4 weeks later, now its really dry and brittle and falls out everywhere, it comes out in chucks when I comb it or even wash."

Google hair dyes & cancer spec. black hair dyes which is made from tar. Some people smoke & tan all their lives and do not get cancer. But there are 2nd hand & 3rd hand smoke who are now carrying their oxygen tank so they can breath or have cancer. Same with hair dyes. I've responded 3 in the last 15 mins. 9-26-10. If you're not affected today, or next month, you may never be affected and you're one of the lucky ones. It doesn't take overnight, it takes years of hair experimentation with hair dyes.

Here's a new article I found re: henna, which is supposed to be better for you than reg. box dye. It's a good read!

One example on someone who had re-bleached her hair now they're falling out.

I know hair. I have over 4 decades of hair know-how. I have silky, shiny, soft, smooth very healthy hair down to my knees. Previously damaged by perming & dyeing in the 80's & 90's. I've known people in their 30's whose hair stopped growing from ironing their hair in the 70's.

How do i make my hair look korean?

Q. Im really into kpop and i was wondering how I can achieve a casual-looking hairstyle such as those of SHINee or EXO-K. I have wavy, thick, short black hair, and I'm a 14 year old boy.. I'm looking for a style that doesn't require long hair or irritating bangs or anything like that. Thanks :)

How to Get Korean Hair for Boys
Edited by Sarah Eliza, Anonymousgurl!x

Boys! Do you want to look stylish like a Korean star such as SHINee or Super Junior? Do you want to be the next member of 2PM? If so, then this article is for you!

1 Start with getting a good haircut. Ask for a heavily layered haircut, but most importantly one that suits you. You don't want a haircut that doesn't match with your face. Look at pictures of Kpop idols and see which styles suit you, and then ask the hairdresser to create your hairstyle. Get inspiration from pictures of Kpop stars. You may want to bring a picture, but if you're embarrassed you can give simple directions and try to get that style.

2 Obtain hairstyling product. A lot of Kpop stars also tend to have very volumised hair. This can be achieved with the use of mousse and hairspray.

3 Wash your hair. You will want to brush your hair while washing it to untangle it.

4 Comb a handful or two handfuls of mousse through your hair in the pattern you want, then blow-dry. You may want to comb the mousse and your hair to one side, because asymmetrical hair is quite popular amongst Kpop stars.

5 Use any gel or wax, and make sure you make your hair really textured. Kpop stars tend to have very textured hair. A tip is that a lot of male Kpop stars have very asymmetrical hair, so try styling your hair asymmetrically. Brush to one side, but remember to make detailed texture too.

6 Spray some hairspray to set the look, as Korean hairstyles can be pretty fragile due to the detail in textures.

Tips

You may want to get your hair asymmetrical or at least to one side from the beginning of the styling process; i.e. right after washing your hair.

Remember, you can always search for Kpop hairstyles on the Internet. Get tips off the Internet as well.

You may want to dye your hair, but only if you're allowed and only if your body reacts well to it. It is best to get your hair dyed by a professional, as they can choose a shade that suits you as well as do the job well. If you have black hair, then it is hard to dye. You will be able to add tints to your hair, but only with lighter shades. Lighter shades would turn out darker than expected, so opt for a shade lighter than your target shade if you have black hair. A lot of Kpop stars have their hair bleached first, i.e. some of the colour taken away so it can be dyed as black hair is always hard to dye. Remember, you don't have to bleach it blonde as that is very damaging especially since your original hair colour is black. Bleaching it to light or even medium brown is fine. You may want to look at shades of red (strong reds usually don't go with Kpop stars though), and shades of brown. You may get blonde hair if it suits you, as some Kpop stars have very suiting blonde hair, such as SNSD's Jessica (or SHINee's Jonghyun, Big Bang's G-Dragon, if you're looking for male examples).

Warnings

You may have allergic reactions to some products. Don't use if you do. Always test the product on a small section of your skin, before going all out on your hair.

Don't be too obsessed with your hair, and don't try too hard keeping it in shape. A lot of Kpop boy bands dance wildly and yet their hair doesn't get too out of shape. Just get it sprayed and volumized and it'll be okay, and just fix it after physical activity. Trying too hard will make you look unnatural and obsessed with yourself. A lot of Kpop boy bands' hair look fine after dancing energetically, and that's saying something.
Remember to only choose styles and colours that suit you.

If you are getting Asian hair products off the Internet, use a trusted site.
