I think both look good and both suit you well. The black gives you a more dramatic look. The red gives you a softer, more innocent look. I change my hair color alot, too, because I can never decide which I like best, and I just like change. But since you can pull both off, think about what LOOK you want to go for. With the black, you can contrast your make up well with it, and get a sophisticated, glamor look. With the red, you can use softer, lighter make up and look more cute and innocent. =)
Edit : Oops, thought your hair was red in the first picture. I'm not color blind, but I have hard time distinguishing red from brown hair sometimes.

I like how it is now a very deep dark red. I want to know what shade it is and what dye to use. I need a dye that last very long also.

Try live colour xxx (I think) my friend dyed hers with it back at the beginning if January and its still a nice deep red colour.. As long as you use colour lasting shampoo and conditioner and it goes a deep dark red if your hair is a dark colour :)
